Super VW Fest, 29, 30 and 31 July in Le Mans

This weekend sees the third annual Super VW Fest take over the Bugatti track in Le Mans and the event gets more popular each year. The gathering of some 1,500 VW air-cooled engined vehicles is like a step back in time. If you’re a fan, don’t miss the fun, friendly, one-of-a-kind event.

From now on, your friends will know where to find you on the last weekend in July. Beetle, Combi, Karmann and Buggy owners flock to Le Mans to celebrate the famous flat 4 engine.

This year’s programme is as frivolous as ever. As well as spins and parades on the circuit, festival-goers can attend award ceremonies, admire the old-school BMX exhibitions and enjoy the shows on the pit straight. There is also an exhibitors village and a children’s area. Grab the chance to meet the big names in the “VW air-cooled” world before you head to the concerts in the campsite until the early hours of the morning. Super VW Fest will be hosting its first boules tournament on Friday afternoon and if that doesn’t tempt you there is also a rally around the circuit.

There’s no shortage of fun things to do! So come and revel in the past at the Bugatti this weekend.
