Club ACO - Meet the volunteers: Ludovic Blay, user experience quality

Every year, Ludovic Blay comes from Le Havre to Le Mans to be at the 24 Hours. For the past two years he has volunteered his help at La Chapelle Member area.

Ludovic Blay loves motorsport. All motorsport. “I watch Formula One, NASCAR, the WEC and therefore the 24 Hours of Le Mans!” For years he watched the race on television, but Le Havre, where he lives, is not so far from Le Mans, and seven years ago he came to watch “for real” and joined Club ACO at the same time. “I naturally joined the club that organises the race.”

Watching the race as a Member is great, but “volunteering is even better!” Last year, Ludovic distributed the fan packs to La Chapelle area attendees.

Being a risk management consultant, this year he has taken on a quality control role, ensuring the best possible user experience at the circuit’s biggest member area. “I keep an eye on safety aspects and footfall to keep things running smoothly. I report any issues to the relevant person.”
