Club ACO was on the scene at Motul Petit Le Mans at the Road Atlanta circuit in the U.S this past weekend. Volunteers and staff ran a stand on behalf of the club and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. From 11-14 October, the spot was THE place to get info, meet other members and fans, and exchange stories and memories!
Club ACO members attended Motul Petit Le Mans at the Road Atlanta circuit from Wednesday 11 through Saturday 14 October. Volunteers and club staff ran a stand to encourage racing fans to learn more about the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the club itself. The effort was a major success with a packed stand offering an engaging and immersive experience for club members, fans and visitors.
On Friday evening, a gathering of American Club ACO members attracted an impressive crowd with the main draw charismatic American driver "Doc" Bundy who shared lively anecdotes and unique perspectives on racing.
But that wasn't all! ACO President Pierre Fillon visited the stand, as well as 24 Hours of Le Mans drivers Harley Cluxton III and David Murry, all to rub elbows with fans and club members. 24 Hours driver Margie Smith-Haas was unable to be there in person, but she did make a virtual appearance to welcome visitors to the stand.
The success of Club ACO's initiative strengthened the club's presence and member community in the U.S. More to come at the next runnings of Motul Petit Le Mans with the promise of even more unforgettable experiences!
