Spectators with disabilities welcomed with open arms at the 24 Hours of Le Mans

The Automobile Club de l'Ouest is very dedicated to accommodating spectators with disabilities, so it has partnered with the LADAPT association to make sure they are well provided for while attending the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Thanks to the "Handi-accueil" initiative, individuals with reduced mobility have access to a free parking spot in the handicap lot and will be accompanied by a specially trained volunteer as soon as they arrive at the main entrance next to the 24 Hours of Le Mans museum.

From answering questions, getting around the circuit and taking advantage of dedicated seating, the service is fully personalized so that every spectator, regardless of ability level, can enjoy the stunning spectacle that is the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The volunteers sporting "Handi-accueil" uniforms will be on hand Saturday 16 June from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., then on Sunday 17 June from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to fulfill all requests for assistance to the dedicated seating in the grandstands created before the 2015 edition to accommodate persons with disabilities and facilitate an enjoyable race experience for all.
