Le Mans 24H Motos – Tati Team Beaujolais Racing enters the Formula EWC class

Tati Team Beaujolais Racing will line up a Kawasaki ZX-10RR in the Formula EWC class at this year’s Le Mans 24H Motos (20-21 April 2019). This is a turning point for the team that took the FIM Superstock world title in 2017-18.

Tati Team Beaujolais Racing made its 24H Motos and FIM EWC World Endurance Championship début in 2014 and the team, managed by Patrick Enjolras, has progressed consistently since then, with riders Julien Enjolras, Kevinn Denis and Julien Pilot claiming the FIM Superstock world cup in 2017-18. Last summer, it joined up with Japanese squad Trick Star Racing to compete in the Formula EWC class, the premium category at the 24H Motos and in the FIM EWC.

Webike Tati Team Trickstar (the name of the outfit formed by the two teams) took part in the first round of the 2018-19 FIM EWC season, the Bol d’Or last September and finished eighth overall and second in the Superstock class. The team has now announced that it will be switching to the Formula EWC class and is gearing up for the rest of the season. At the 42nd running of the Le Mans 24H Motos (20-21 April 2019), the #4 Kawasaki ZX-10RR will be ridden by Julien Enjolras, Kevin Denis and Japanese racer Osamu Deguchi. “All our efforts will be focused on making more headway in the endurance world championship, where the level gets better all the time”  the team said on social media.
