FIA WEC – The date of the 2020 1000 Miles of Sebring announced

Released recently, the 2019-2020 FIA World Endurance Championship season calendar is comprised of eight races, and one Prologue to be held in Barcelona. The 1000 Miles of Sebring will take place on 20 March 2020 in Florida.

In light of the overwhelming popularity of Super Sebring weekend in March that included the FIA WEC 1000 Miles and the IMSA 12 Hours, next year the two races will share the same weekend once again: the 1000 Miles of Sebring is scheduled for 20 March 2020 and the 12 Hours of Sebring the next day on 21 March. 

Here is the 2019-2020 FIA World Endurance Championship season calendar:

  • Prologue in Barcelona on 23-24 July 2019
  • 4 Hours of Silverstone on 1 September 2019
  • 6 Hours of Fuji on 6 October 2019
  • 4 Hours of Shanghai on 10 November 2019 
  • 8 Hours of Bahrain on 14 December 2019
  • 6 Hours of São Paulo on 1 February 2020
  • 1000 Miles of Sebring on 20 March 2020
  • Total 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps on 2 May 2020
  • 24 Hours of Le Mans on 13-14 June 2020
