24h Le Mans
The final round of the Asian Le Mans Series takes place this weekend with the 4 Hours of Buriram (Thailand). Four invites to the 2020 24 Hours of Le Mans (13-14 June 2020) are up for grabs.
A week after the 4 Hours of Sepang, competitors in the Asian Le Mans Series are back on the track. This year is the first time that the fourth and final round of the season will be held in Thailand, with the 4 Hours of Buriram. And it promises to be a nail-biting finale because three teams are still in the running for the LMP2 title. G-Drive Racing by Algarve (two wins this season) will be battling it out with Thunderhead Carlin Racing (one win) and Eurasia Motorsport (three second places). In the LMP3 class, Inter Europol Competition (#13 Ligier JS P3), Nielsen Racing (#2 Norma M30), Graff (#9 Norma M30) and ACE1 Villorba Corse (#12 Ligier JS P3) will all be chasing the title. And there is still everything to play for in the GT class where no fewer than six cars will be aiming to take the crown.

Teams competing in Asian Le Mans Series will also be aiming for an invitation to the next 24 Hours of Le Mans to be held on 13-14 June 2020. The winners of the LMP2, LMP3 and GT classes as well as the recipient of the LMP2 Am Trophy will all be invited to race the French endurance classic.
The race will start on at 11:45 local time (04:45 UTC) on Sunday 23 February.
