8 Hours of Bahrain – Last qualifying of the 2019-2020 season

The #7 Toyota TS050 Hybrid clinches the final pole position ofo the 2019-2020 season.

After two qualifying sessions, one for LMGTEs (Pro and Am), the other for LMPs (1 and 2), the starting grid for the 8 Hours of Bahrain was established. The last pole position of the 2019-2020 season went to the #7 Toyota TS050 in 1:40.747, with the #8 sister car clocking a time of 1:41.498. 

In LMP2, the pole was scored by hte United Autosports team's #22 ORECA 07-Gibson in 1:47.440. 

Porsche secured the pole in the LMGTE Pro class with the #92, and Aston Martin dominated LMGTE Am with the #98. 

The start of the 8 Hours of Bahrain will be given tomorrow at 14:00 local time. 

This final round of the FIA World Endurance Championship season will serve as the last appearance of the Japanese TS050 Hybrid, and will include the crowning of the FIA WEC champions.
