Christmas has come early for car enthusiasts in the Lausanne region with an exhibition set to run until 20 December at the Speedy Garage premises (Rebellion Racing was previously known as Speed Racing Team Sebah). The show features 24 iconic cars that competed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans between 1955 and 2016. The oldest is the MG EX182 of Swiss Hans Waeffler, who finished 17th in 1955, and the most recent the 2016 winner, the Porsche 919 Hybrid.

Almost all the cars were raced by Swiss drivers and include current and older models fielded by Rebellion Racing, renamed Vaillante Rebellion for 2017, with two Spykers, two Lolas, an R-One LMP1 and the Oreca 07 that the team drove to the LMP2 FIA World Endurance Championship title this season.

·  Porsche 908/3 identical to that of Bernard Chenevière (Juan Fernandez and Francisco Torredomer), 5th at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1973

·  Porsche 911 Carrera RSR of Bernard Chenevière, Peter Zbinden (and Michel Dubois), 7th at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1974

·  Sauber C5 of Eugen Strähl and Peter Bernhard, DNF at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1977

·  Sauber C5 of Marc Surer, Eugen Strähl and Harry Blumer DNF, disqualified  at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1978

·  Chevron B36/ROC of Laurent Ferrier (Michel Pignard and Lucien Roussiaud), 11th (1st in class) at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1978

·  Porsche 935 of Manfred Schurti, from Lichtenstein, (and Hans Heyer), DNF at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1979

·  Cheetah G601 of Mario Luini, Sandro Plastina and Philippe Roux, DNF at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1979

·  Porsche 911 GT2 of Toni Seiler, who shares his name with the Austrian ski champion (Larry Schumacher and Michel Ligonnet), DNF at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1997
