WEC - The 6 Hours of Nürburgring to return in 2017

Coveted by all endurance participants and fans, the 6 Hours of Nürburgring will be back in 2017, from July 14th to the 16th, for the third year in a row on the World Endurance Championship (WEC) calendar.

In 2015, the Interlagos circuit in Brazil having been unavailable for extensive renovations, the legendary Nürburgring, in its shortened version, replaced the Brazilian track on the calendar. In two years, the Eifel circuit has become a must, especially since the three manufacturers present in LM P1 have ties with Germany: Audi and Porsche belong to the VW group and Toyota's European competitive branch is based near Cologne.

Fans greatly enjoy the German round as 58,000 people attended the fourth leg of the World Endurance Championship (WEC) this year, a little less than a month after the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
