Duqueine Engineering will field an ORECA 07-Gibson shared by Pierre Ragues, Nicolas Jamin and Richard Bradley in the LMP2 class for the 2019 European Le Mans Series season. The French team has submitted a request to participate in the 87th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans (15-16 June 2019).
Last year, Duqueine Engineering participated in its first European Le Mans Series (ELMS) season. The team's #29 ORECA 07-Gibson finished eighth in the final ELMS classification, with a season highlight the pole at the 4 Hours of Portimão. Duqueine Engineering will compete in the 2019 ELMS season as well, with French drivers Pierre Ragues and Nicolas Jamin joined by Richard Bradley, LMP2 class winner at the 2015 24 Hours of Le Mans with Hong Kong-based team KCMG.
Team manager Yann Belhomme has also sent a request to take the start at the 87th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans (15-16 June 2019). The entry list for this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans is scheduled to be released in two stages. On 11 February 2019, a first list of 50 names will be published, then on 1 March, a second list with the final 10 invitations as well as the 10 reserve cars will be unveiled. On this second date, the entirety of 2019 24 Hours of Le Mans field will be fully known (subject to withdrawal).
