Frédéric Sausset ready to take on the Garage 56 challenge

In 2012, the ACO created the CDNT (Car displaying new technologies) category to encourage the arrival of new technologies. Every year its aim is to accept a car built around an innovative project whose pertinence is assessed by the Selection Committee. The entrant is allocated the 56th garage and the number 84.

In 2016 the 56th garage has been allocated to Frédéric Sausset and the SRT 41 By Oak Racing. The technologies devoted to people with restricted mobility will be highlighted by this very innovative sporting project.

Frédéric had all four limbs amputated after he was infected by a bacterium, and he then dreamed up a completely crazy scheme, namely: to drive a racing car and take part in the Le Mans 24 Hours. He is on the point of transforming his dream into reality with the entry of a Morgan LM P2 Nissan prototype in the 2016 Le Mans 24
