The Méga CGR cinema in Saint-Saturnin, Le Mans, will screen the official film of this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans on Thursday 23 November. Can’t be there? No worries! The film will also be streamed live on myACO!

The première of the official film of the 2017 race is organised jointly by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest and the Méga CGR cinema in Saint-Saturnin, north of Le Mans. It captures all the excitement of the race that saw Porsche take advantage of Toyota’s struggles to clinch a third consecutive win, an outstanding performance by the LMP2s that led the field for some time, a thrilling last lap in LMGTE Pro between Aston Martin and Corvette and JMW Motorsport win in LMGTE Am!

This film that pays tribute to the world’s greatest endurance race will be streamed live on myACO from 8pm (CET) in English or French. If you haven’t already done so, simply set up your account to follow the event.

A number of the race’s leading protagonists will attend the première, including:

Earl Bamber, winner of the 2017 24 Hours of Le Mans in the #2 Porsche 919 Hybrid and 2017 World Endurance Champion

Thomas Laurent and Ho-Pin Tung of Jackie Chan DC Racing, winners of the LMP2 class and overall runners-up

David Cheng and Tristan Gommendy of Jackie Chan DC Racing, second in the LMP2 class and third overall

Julien Canal of Vaillante Rebellion, winner of the 2017 FIA Endurance Trophy for LMP2 Drivers and three-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMGTE Am class

Vincent Capillaire, the Le Mans-born driver who featured for Algarve Pro Racing (#45 Ligier JS P217), 15th in LMP2, in this year’s race.
