24 HEURES DU MANS 2012 - 16 & 17 June 2012

Next year’s Le Mans 24-Hours will be the undisputed blue riband event of the motor racing season. To celebrate the 80th running, the great endurance classic will have even more topnotch attractions to pull in the crowds: innovative cars with the return of Toyota – with a hybrid! The Japanese manufacturer’s comeback will reshuffle the cards in the no-holds-barred duel between Peugeot and Audi. Add to this the participation of a car that looks like a rocket, the famous DeltaWing, even more numerous and prestigious GTs, and the fact that 2012 is the year of the launch of the FIA World Endurance Championship, and you have all the ingredients that will make the Le Mans 24 Hours the high point of the season!

Increasingly intense competition, technological challenges and human adventures will be values that the 2012 Le Mans 24 Hours will exemplify at the highest level making the race one of the major worldwide motor sport events every year. And even more suspense! In 2011, under 14 seconds separated the winning Audi from the second-placed Peugeot after 24 hours’ racing – a record to be beaten! 

LE MANS CLASSIC 2012 - 6, 7 & 8 July 2012

For ten years, every two years, Le Mans Classic voluntarily puts aside the sequence of tenses and prefers evoking the past to the present, while looking towards tomorrow.

It tells all 24 Hours of Le Mans history, from its creation in 1923 until 1979. And in 2012, one of the major themes will be 'the Americans at Le Mans'. Uncle Sam's country will be celebrated; in the race on the big 24H especially opened layout, inside the whole Bugatti circuit where the story of automobile is told through some 8000 club cars and the manufacturers' brand new ranges display.

Le Mans Classic is also and above all a huge celebration, for collectors with the auction, in the village with the boutiques and activities, for the 7 to 12 year olds on the track for the Little Big Mans parade… And a full time three day family outing.
