An LMP2 coupe by Lola in 2011

After the B11/40 unveiled last week, Lola Cars presents another car for the LMP2 class.

Next year the LMP2 cars will be fitted with engines used this year in the LMGT2 category. Some production units are longer than the engines especially designed for racing, so Lola Cars initiated this B11/80 coupe, providing better safety and comfort for the drivers.

This chassis can use engines from BMW, HPD, Nissan, Jaguar and Toyota. The Lola teams will also be offered access to the Lola customers. The B11/80 will be available at the same price as the current 2010 LMP2 coupe.
