Time spent in pits by leading teams

Each team has a unique pit strategy and the skills of the pitlane workers are tested in both routine stops and in the case of problems.

Here are the total times sent in the pits by the top 7 teams at this point :

1-      N°1 le SERT : 15 minutes 34 seconds

2-      N°11 Team SRC Kawasaki : 19 minutes 26 seconds

3-      N°7 Team Monster Yamaha YART : 28 minutes 24 seconds

4-      N°8 Bolliger Team Switzerland : 21 minutes 17 seconds

5-      N°77 Team Honda TT Legends : 18 minutes 24 seconds

6-      N°4 Team Ymes Folch Endurance : 16 minutes 17 seconds

7-      BMW Motorrad 99 : 43 minutes 15

Fastest so far is undoubtedly the SERT team. We can also see that the team YMES Folch Endurance, currently sixth, is the second fastest. SRC Kawasaki lost some time due to technical problems and is to be found behind the TT Legends. Finally, Yart spent an average of over ten minutes longer in the pit, probably because of the fall  suffered late on Saturday afternoon. Finally, the BMW Motorrad  99 minutes has pitted several times due to various mechanical problems.

Superstock :

1-      N°50 Team Motors Events Bodyguard AMT Assurances – 29 minutes 20 secondes

2-      N°72 Junior Team Suzuki LMS – 22 minutes 34 secondes

3-      N°83 Team Maccio Racing – 21 minutes 45 secondes

The Suzuki LMS and Motor Events Team have each encountered technical problems, this has increased their time in the pits. However,  Motor Events who spent more time in the pits is still in the battle for the win. This means that riders have a strong pace.
