Matech Competition confirmed its drivers’ line-up for the Le Mans 24 Hours, and especially the presence of Natacha Gachnang teaming up with Cyndie Allemann and Rahel Frey.
Since Natacha Gachnang suffered a broken leg on April 17 in an accident at the FIA GT1 opener at Abu Dhabi, a doubt remained concerning her Le Mans participation, but she rapidly recovered, and a test session on the Zolder circuit on May 27 reassured the whole Matech team, who never stopped supporting her.
So Natacha Gachnang will be at the wheel of the #61 Ford GT with Cyndie Allemann and Rahel Frey, who finished 3rd in the GT1 category at the Spa 1000kms with the Volant ACO winner Yann Zimmer. The #60 Ford will be driven by Romain Grosjean, Thomas Mutsch and Jonathan Hirschi.
