The ACO Business Events is a unit specially dedicated to a business clientele where each one acts flexibly and with rigour to create in your presence the event you were dreaming of.

Whether it concerns Events Managers, or teams in charge of administrative, technical, safety or quality issues, or whether it is a question of sales and marketing development, all of these people are at the service of your event.

In order to carry your project through to a successful conclusion, we have an approach consisting of 3 steps:
 

1. The Setting-up

In this first stage, you will liaise with the Events Manager whose missions are:

• To define and analyse your needs
• To propose solutions which are the best geared to your requirements, in relation with our specialists in the various domains: technical, catering, entertainments, fun-activities…
• To design with you the programme of your event.

2. The Carrying-out

• Once on the site, the Events Manager will introduce you to the coordinator, with whom you will liaise during the operational stage of the event, and who will ensure the smooth transition between each contributor.
   
• The coordinator ensures the smooth running of your event at all times, right down to the finest detail. Even last-minute requests must be able to be satisfied!
   

 3. The Follow-up

After the event, our Quality Department will contact you in order to assess the level of your satisfaction: your comments are the best possible source of information for us to be able to constantly improve on the quality of our service
