Passion Share - Curtain on the first act!

It's a done deal...the jet pilots ended their day experiencing prototypes at the Le Mans track. It was a special and shared time with their driver counterparts. Between the Alpha Jet pilots and motorsports drivers, the bond was immediate, along with a good dose of mutual admiration!

The day took place in several stages: a debriefing by the Le Mans instructor-drivers first, namely to cover all the safety requirements. Then, getting behind the wheel...after the morning's orientation, an endurance challenge allowed the pilots to do some stints. Lastly, the climax of the day consisted of the race car drivers taking their pilot counterparts for laps in the Pescarolo Prototypes. It was all about Top speeds and a great deal of excitement for several track laps!

Alexander Wurz, two-time winner at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the race's Grand Marshal this year, initiated Officer Designate Pierrick: "I showed him my toy today and he thought it was incredible. Now I am really looking forward to checking out his Alpha Jet and seeing what Pierrick is capable of up there, in the sky!"

This Friday, check out our website and social media for the second act of this Passion Share: when the race car drivers will take to the air!
