2017 24 Heures Motos - 1 day to go! Kawasaki on pole position!

The second qualifying session this morning for the 24 Heures Motos was an excitement-packed one.

The newly-surfaced Bugatti circuit led to a flurry of quick laps in rapid succession. Riders improved the times set yesterday and the no. 11 Kawasaki entered by the Team SRC Kawasaki ridden by Mathieu Ginès, Randy De Puniet and Fabien Foret got round in 1m36.289sec taking into account the average of the fastest times set by the three riders in the two qualifying sessions so it will start the race on pole tomorrow, Saturday 15th April at 15:00. Into second and third places came the nos 7 and 94 Yamahas.

In Superstock, the no. 333 Yamaha run by Yamaha Viltaïs Experience continued to dominate the category like no. 121 entered by the Ducati Esprit Racing Team in Supertwin. In Experimental the no. 17 Kawasaki of TTS Excent finished in front of the no. 45 Metiss.

The 40th staging of the 24 Heures Motos promises to be full of no-holds-barred battles thanks to top-class riders on finely-tuned bikes and good weather that will stay fine all weekend!
