In adding their 7th victory to their record, Audi and their drivers have reinforced an already full record of accomplishments.

Audi :
- 7th victory for Audi at the 24 Hours of Le Mans
(2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007)
- Six victories for Audi while wearing Number 1
- Audi ties Jaguar for number of overall victories
- 2nd victory for the Audi R10 and for a Diesel engine
- 30 cars entered for Audi in the Le Mans history, and 23 finished. (76% finishing percentage)

Michelin :
- 10th consecutive victory for Michelin
- 16th overall victory

Franck Biela (42 ans)
5th victory in 8 years of competition (2000, 2001, 2002, 2006)

Emanuele Pirro (45 ans)
5th victory in 10 years of participation (2000, 2001, 2002, 2006)

Marco Werner (41 ans)
3rd victory in 5 years of participation (2005 et 2006)

Average age of the winning driver lineup: 43 years

This is the 9th time the No. 1 has been victorious

This is the 25th time that a German manufacturer has won the 24 Hours of Le Mans overall.
