No.31 back in action. No.72 in the gravel

With the rain still falling, the No.31 Binnie Motorsports Lola Zytek B05-40 was wheeled out of the garage and into the pit lane to rejoin the race. At the same time, the No.1 Audi Sport North America Audi R10 TDI Audi pitted unexpectedly after only 5 laps to change. They changed from wet tires to 'monsoon' tires, and rejoined without delay.

The No.72 Luc Alphand Aventures Corvette C6.R car spun just after the Dunlop Bridge, and dug itself deep into the gravel. The car was removed from the gravel by the marshalls and continued in the race.
